Took nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment for an issue that Heiser caused on my vehicle. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to actually help me during that time period. When I'd call, I was placed on hold f that Heiser caused on my vehicle. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to actually help me during that time period. When I'd call, I was placed on hold for 15-30 minutes at a time and usually someone would pick up and hang up causing me to have to call again and do it all over. On day 2 of service, I received a call saying my vehicle needed a radio which was false information. Thank goodness I work with cars and that I was aware the issued caused was their fault and needed a software update otherwise I would've paid hundreds if not thousands for something not actually needed. To add insult to injury Heiser charged a fee to correct a problem they caused. After having my vehicle 2 days the oil change still wasn't preformed, but they were able to finally correct the main issue it was in for so there is one positive. More
