Stop it with the politically correct response. Actions speak louder than words. I shouldn't have to reach out to you. You have all my information on file. You should be receiving out to me to see how you can rectify the situation. xxxx Poor Customer Service from Top to Bottom! Just fix my car! Doesn't take 6 months to repair a transmission. Then when you do fix the transmission, they fry the ABS system. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get my vehicle. Especially, after I already waited 4 months on the original repairs and body shop work! Straight Ridiculous!
