At Heiser Ford Lincoln this Saturday we experienced none of these things. This was largely thanks to our sales professional Anthony Young. From the first handshake to our departure 3 test drives and a purchase 3 hours later, our experience was entirely positive. Anthony told us that he was there to listen and provide excellent service along with a solid selection of cars in our budget- then he proceeded to do just that. His genuine and transparent way of conducting business with a positive 'I go the extra mile attitude' made our car buying experience entirely positive. When everything was done service tech went over other things that were done for the courtesy check. Things were done in a timely manner, I always enjoy the free snacks and beverages in the waiting room area. Pretty much the whole staff from salesman, cashiers, etc... are always very friendly and are very personable. I'm on my second car from this dealership and have recommended them to family and friends who have purchased vehicles from Heiser Ford. They really do a fantastic job. A++ More
