A new kind of experience on purchasing a vehicle They were kind, generous, personable, and accommodating. We were coming from out of state - they had all the paperwork ready prior to to the arrival. Disapointed I had my car in for the "The Works" special, which included tire rotation. The service person came in and said they couldn't do the tires because the I had my car in for the "The Works" special, which included tire rotation. The service person came in and said they couldn't do the tires because the lug nuts had corroded from road salt and they couldn't remove them without breaking them. I was told it would be over $100 to replace the nuts. I declined. I couldn't believe that all 16 nuts would of been corroded. So because they couldn't rotate the tires they also couldn't check the brake pads either. I did get a discounted price. Anyway when I got home my husband said all they needed was some penetrating oil on and then they would come off. Well, that is exactly what happened. I took my car somewhere else and the lug nuts came off with no problem and the tires got rotated. So I was disappointed that your service people wouldn't of thought of that. Also, I'm wondering if you stopped giving the complimentary car wash, because my car didn't have any water on it and I figured you didn't do that anymore. More
