Kristina got into a full blown argument (3 times I told her to call my wife to understand what I wanted) over how I wanted the title and told me that was Illegal and at Heiser they wouldn't do that and I don't care how your wife does shady xxxx at her bank, "I have 16 years of experience and you can't do that " only to get a call from the General Manger Chris Meyer to tell us YES you can and it's not ILLEAGAL to do that. Also Chris Meyer Promised us a owners manual with the key code for entry, which has been 5 weeks and they have not delivered!!! So I would stay as far away from them if buying a vehicle. More

Pat Cardinal and a Technician named Pat Kelley showed me my new 2019 Fusion and patiently explained all of it's options and how they worked. they were very patient and communicated with me on my level without making me feel like an idiot. they both gave me their numbers and told me to call then at anytime with any questions. We then went to do the paperwork with Holly Thom who was very nice and professional and explained things very patiently. Holly had been dealing with a family emergency the day before but she put it on the back burner to provide excellent service. I understand that car dealers are under great pressure to get rid of inventory and meet the bottom line but Heiser Ford is more concerned with Customer satisfaction. I will definitely direct anyone looking for a car t Heiser ford. More

Choosing a Replacement My car had been totaled, so I was about choosing a replacement. First I had to be able to afford the payments. Second it had to fit me (short). Slow The process is long. Particularly when you've mad an appointment. You are told a half hour, but rarely get out under an hour and a half. Been through The process is long. Been through this 3 times now (lease vehicle standard check-up part of the agreement) with a lease vehicle. Bring something to read or work on. Very pleasant staff, but no sense of others (customers?) time. More
