After spending $1400, it was deemed the vehicle would need a “phase 2” repair for an additional $1600....without guaranteed success. In the mean time, our bike rack (and my husband’s bike) we subsequently broken by your employees and we were never reimbursed as promised. I was sent on my way with my broken vehicle, damaged personal property, and a $1400 repair bill with nothing to show. This was the worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever experienced and we’re both faithful Ford owners perhaps until now. More

wonderful experience I had Hutch as my sales person. He was very patient with me trying to learn the various features in the car. He went over it at least three times and I had Hutch as my sales person. He was very patient with me trying to learn the various features in the car. He went over it at least three times and was glad to do it each time. He also told me to come back if I need additional assistance. However, I will be going back to see how to set the code to get into the car in case I leave the keys on the seat. Great experience and will recommend Heiser to others. More

Great experience for first time buying I was watching a truck on car fax, I went back in forth for awhile and finally went to check the truck out. The staff was extremely courteous & friendly, one of the gal's even sent me requested pictures of the truck from her own phone before I even came to look at it. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and set up with a sales rep for my scheduled appointment. My sales guy was a fella by the name of Griff Dixon, he had the truck ready for me to test drive, went over the features, and set me up with the financing options. It was a good all around experience from the initial phone call, to the test drive ,to the sales process. I never felt pressured to do anything i didn't want to do and was sold a quality truck for a quality price. Great first buying experience! Thank's More
