Purchased New 2019 Ford F-150 Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. They were ready to help me when I showed up, had the truck I was interested ready to go, and negotiated a more than fair price in short order. What I appreciated the most is that I added on a few accessories that took some time and coordination to complete and Hutch called me with updates almost daily. When they were installed, I set a time with Hutch to pick up the vehicle, and he had the truck and final paperwork ready to go. He took me through the accessories and features of the truck when I arrived to make sure I was satisfied before finalizing payment, and the finance office had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. All and all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciated their professionalism throughout. As my friend did for me, I hope I will be able to recommend a friend to Heiser in the future. More

Faults with Used Vehicle At the beginning of August I purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Heiser. A month later the vehicle was making a loud noise. I had this looked at and it was discovered that the wheels were loose! I was shocked as my 16 yr old daughter uses this car and that was a huge safety risk. I had to replace all the lug nuts. In addition the wind shield wipers were not aligned properly and not cleaning all water of the wind shield. Left a message for Sales Mgr at Heiser (Paul maybe), still have not heard from him. Explained issues when I came to Heiser and nothing was said in response to the wheel issue. The wipers were repositioned but the motor is still making a noise sounding like it's trying to align them. Car is now booked in for 9/11 to solve this issue. More
