My first visit with Melody was great and the test drive and her explanations of the safety features were sufficient to bring me back. Although the Venza did not have all the things I wanted, it was the bes and her explanations of the safety features were sufficient to bring me back. When I came back to do this I stood for 20 minutes for any sales person to approach me (it was Melody's day off} and it took 4 hours to complete the paperwork. This just seemed excessive. More
First of all, the reason I can give 1 star for this dealership is the salesman Taylor. He is the only one that deserves the star in this dealership. We drove 2+ hours from lynnwood to there. We arrived at 6:30pm, and Taylor was very nice, patient and transparent to us. we finished the test driving by 7:40, waited an hour for the manager to get the price breakdown and we agreed on the price and by 9:10pm, we finally got to the last step, finance. Taylor said the finance person will be with us in 5-10 mins because there is no one in front of us, then we waited for another 30 mins, still no one come talk to us. I went to talk to manager TWICE that we're trying to get to the last ferry at 11pm, ask if we can finish up as soon as possible. No one gave us an update what so ever. Finally, at 10pm, the finance person Ray was able to talk to us, and he was fully aware of we are in a hurry and it's VERY LATE. We signed most of the documents, and around 10:20, he started to sell the warranty. We waited until he finished talking and rejected the extended warranty. As we were still trying to catch the last ferry, Ray said we wouldn't make the ferry. We were a little disappointed at that time, but it was understandable. But after saying that, Ray, the finance person, was trying to upsell his warranty TWICE after letting us miss the ferry!!!! His attitude completely changed everytime when he was upsellling, more rude and impatient. The last time, he added $300 in the agreement and said it's required but on the bottom of the paper in very fine print, it says it's OPTIONAL. He obviously LIED TO US because he wanted to make more money. We would miss this additional $300 if we didn't pay attention. We totally spent 1 hour 45 minutes in the finance office. and we didn't leave the dealership until midnight. We total spent 5+ hours there and we were waiting for more than 3 hours in total. I would NOT recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. They DO NOT deserve to be the top dealer in Washington state. More

Communication was terrible and it was the slowest process ever! It was Costco pricing so it shouldn’t have taken 3+ hours to complete paperwork. No one went through the vehicle with us to show us any feature ever! It was Costco pricing so it shouldn’t have taken 3+ hours to complete paperwork.
