What Others Say

It’s been years since I have been in. I was very pleased with how things have changed over the years. Everyone was very professional.

Very satisfied with the time spent waiting for my oil to be changed. People were all very considerate and work was done in a timely manner.

I'm proud to say that I loved the service from Dominik and the finance person, Mr. Jody. God bless them. The service was phenomenal, very good, especially the deal they gave me for my new car.

Good services 😄😄great job , courteous, nice, good prices. Lisrens to what I wanted. Great place

Terrible experience. Tried to buy a $47,000 truck from Heartland today, and after wasting HOURS of our time, they offered us less than $5,000 trade-in for the two vehicles we brought in: A very nice 2014 Tundra, with a low Blue Book value of $15,000, and 2008 Toyota Rav4 worth at least $6,000. The experience felt so skeezy, my advice to all is, buyer beware. Look on BBB. Do your homework with this place. Better yet, go somewhere else. To make things worse, they didn't even have coffee to help us stay awake through all of our time they were wasting. If you're trying to avoid the typical smarmy car salesman experience, where they talk you in circles, and say things you don't believe, avoid these people! I have bought from dealerships before. This was by far, the worst experience yet, in my 50-plus years on this planet.

Visited Toyota today 1/23/26 and leave the place with above and beyond care of Matt, one of the representatives of car service. He very caring and ensure all are taken care. Thank you Matt and may your daily mission in Toyota heartland bring you joy. You are Rock!
