Everything seemed great until we drove off the lot. Come in for a scheduled appointment and they don't have what they owe us. Will not recommend this dealership. The wait felt long but as soon as it hit the dealership lot I was informed and an appointment was set to finalize it all. Rabar took the extra time and effort to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything about the vehicle and financing. Nolan helped me with the financing and he was so great!! I felt comfortable and not at all pushed into something I didn’t want. Nolan listened and respected my choices as far as extras go. He also took the time to describe in fine detail what I was signing and why. Like I said, I was well taken care of from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Heartland Toyota (especially Rabar and Nolan) to any and everyone!!
