It is not a honest company. Everyone working with us in the dealer shop was unprofessional, rude , and disrespectful. We felt helpless for all issues. We did put deposit $500 on May 1st with out door price was $51341.28. When we picked up van today the out door price is $52774.51. ( When we asked the reason why raising price because of WA government tax is increasing.) As everyone knows that our Kitsap country tax is 9.2% ( was increasing in April 2022 ). On the other hand, they add other unnecessary price on it. Even thoughts, we got scammed from the dealer shop. Before we did test drive and we noticed the van got scratched and chipped serval part on the surface. The sale associate also noticed the issue at meaning time. He told us that he could like to wash car and try to fix it. After we finished the contract with finance department. We still found chips and scratches. We also noticed the manager and sale associate. As a new car buyer that’s super upset with us. This is our second time bought brand new van from here but this time we are super disappointed it. As a new car buyer, we did pay more money than originally agreed price with scratched and chipped condition. Also as a active duty military spouse, I am supper disappointed with the company and will not recommend to anyone. As a business owner, earning money is important but must be in the correct way. We do love Toyota brand very much and also trust heartland Toyota company very much that’ s why we chose to buy brand new van again. We really would like suggest that training employees very well and make sure that they are knowledgeable on their own field. Also working on customer service. They are not only represent themselves and also represent for Toyota company. More
