However, when we met our salesman Mr. Alameda,he was extreamly informative and set us at ease. We also found the manager, Mr. Deifendorf and the rest of the Heartland staff as pleasant as he was. As the day went on, we decided to buy a new 2010 Prius. The process was not only pleasant, but we both feel we received a fair deal. We have bought 3 cars from this delership and our Salesman was James Alameda. Buying a car is always stressful ,but, not if you deal with James. I recently had a major service done to my Toyota Tacoma and worked very closely with Ricky Saly. Ricky made sure that all the work was done right without any hidden costs. Needless to say, I was nervous, confused, and a little lost. Chris Rembaugh and Rabar Ali saved me! I went to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton. It was conveniently located and they had a plethora of cars available for me to test drive. Rabar was very friendly and patient, letting me drive a variety of models and recommending selections based on the basic interests I had for features. Chris helped me find a vehicle within my price range, explained how the process of purchasing a vehicle worked, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. I didn’t feel any pressure from the sales staff to make a decision that day, but I ended up loving a used Toyota Matrix. Both Chris and Rabar expertly guided me through the paper work, which can be overwhelming. I left feeling in control, and am still confident that I made the right decision.
