I have been buying cars from Heartland Toyota for over 25 years. Even when I lived in the Everett area, I would come all the way to Bremerton to buy a car from Heartland Toyota. It all started with Jerry Quarter some 25 years ago and continues today with the leadership of Chris Rembaugh and the great sales experience of James Alameda. My wife and I moved to the Kitsap Peninsula, so now I’m also able to have our cars serviced at Heartland Toyota. I recently had a major service done to my Toyota Tacoma and worked very closely with Ricky Saly. Ricky made sure that all the work was done right without any hidden costs. I have recommend Heartland Toyota to all my family and friends over the years and they are all as happy as I am. More

Needless to say, I was nervous, confused, and a little lost. Chris Rembaugh and Rabar Ali saved me! I went to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton. It was conveniently located and they had a plethora of cars available for me to test drive. Rabar was very friendly and patient, letting me drive a variety of models and recommending selections based on the basic interests I had for features. Chris helped me find a vehicle within my price range, explained how the process of purchasing a vehicle worked, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. I didn’t feel any pressure from the sales staff to make a decision that day, but I ended up loving a used Toyota Matrix. Both Chris and Rabar expertly guided me through the paper work, which can be overwhelming. I left feeling in control, and am still confident that I made the right decision. When this recall came to light I called Heartland Toyota immediately and they responded quickly and positively. The assistant service managers were quick getting me in for the work. Now I have great peace of mind that this recall is a simple one and one that I need not worry about. They did the work quickly and professionally.
