Not only have we purchased several Toyotas from this dealership, but we have always done all of our maintence and repair work with them as well. There have been many times that we have called him to discuss possible problems while we are on the road traveling, and he has always educated us and assisted us along the way. We just were in for our oil change, and while we were there he mentioned a couple of other areas that needed work.They did the extra work so quickly, as we were there for our oil change. He always gives us the opportunity to repair now or reschedule, depening on our situation. We completely depend on his expertise in advising us with our vehicles, and he has never steered us wrong. Another thing that I appreciate, is that he always has our car washed and vaccumed. Great when your husband has a bad back!! We will be in soon, to purchase another toyota mainly due to our great confidence that we willcontinue to get great service with Scott. We have bought 3 cars from this delership and our Salesman was James Alameda. Buying a car is always stressful ,but, not if you deal with James.
