Dave Hubbard & Bob Villa are both very friendly. Compared to my purchase of our last new Toyota at Longview Toyota, no comparison Longview is much better. The new car clinic is a PR stunt. I would not recommend Heartland to anyone. Purchased the new Toyota in Oct, and no follow up survey or even to make sure we had the window treatment installed. This was my first visit after recently moving to Bremerton. I was extremely pleased with the people, the service, and the great waiting room. I didn't bring my computer, but found I needed some add Bremerton. I was extremely pleased with the people, the service, and the great waiting room. The little lunch room was great and since I stayed longer, I had lunch too. Thank you for the beverages and for washing and cleaning the inside of my car as it really needed it. Everytime I have needed my oil changed, I have always serviced my car at Heartland Toyota in Bremerton. Recently I needed to make an immediate, same day appointment because I was worried their was something unusually wrong with my car. Heartland Toyota catered to my school schedule and was able to fit me in as soon as I was finished with class. They reassured me while I was there that they would take care of everything and that it was no problem to see me on such short notice. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in, and I have always had a pleasant experience. I always brag to my friends and coworkers how awesome I think my dealership is after I have been serviced. I could easily go elsewhere to save money, but I am more than happy to stay at Heartland. Came back to pick up after 3pm (end of my workday), they WERE NOT DONE. Took another hour to finish what would have been a 30 minute job. Then they tried to tell me all the things that were wrong with my car that needed "fixing". Unaware why they would do that, since the vehicle just received scheduled service not 2000 miles before. Will not take this vehicle to THAT dealership again. My RAV4 gets all of its service needs at Heartland. And now, so does the Expedition. At Heartland, I am made to feel like family. A very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Honest, friendly, courteous staff. Even my dog loves it there! More

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman in Dave Hubbard.
