Susan is awesome. Twice now we came in with both our vehicles to get serviced without having an appointment. We drive 2 Toyotas and it's easiest to get them both done at once. I'm sure the way we have done this disrupts her schedule but she always seems to figure out a way to squeeze us in and never shows that it's an inconvenience. All I can say is, if you want great service at Heartlan Toyota. Go see Susan in service!! Our family has bought 4 cars from Steve Hewitt in sales and we aren't done yet. Last year we approched this dealership for the first time and met Shawn Magill. We told him what we wanted and after several hours, using very good people skills and demonstrating a real knowledge of your p and met Shawn Magill. We loved that truck but it turned out to be more truck than we needed. This year during March Madness we came back to this dealership and again asked for Shawn. Once again Shawn demonstrated the patience of Job and the wisdom of Solomon and managed to sell us a new Camry Hybrid. This is a great car! We're getting along in years and I am about to retire so we don't have plans to purchase another car for sometime. When the time does come to buy a new car we will return to this dealership and...ask for Shawn! P.S. My wife just read this review and wants you to make Shawn Salesman of the Year...after 35 years of marriage I find that she usually gets her way... More
Heartland Toyota is a very professional dealership. I just bought a new Toyota Avalon from them. I took the car in to have the service department install a set of mud guards. Both the Sales and Service just bought a new Toyota Avalon from them. I took the car in to have the service department install a set of mud guards. Both the Sales and Service Departments were very friendly and helpful. They even offer you free coffee, etc., while shopping for a car or getting it serviced. More
I have been havng my 2006 Avalon serviced by Heartland Toyota for close to 5 years now and I have always felt that the Customer is #1. In the last visit I purchased a set of tires from Heartland based on Toyota for close to 5 years now and I have always felt that the Customer is #1. In the last visit I purchased a set of tires from Heartland based on a recommendation from Ricky Saly -- Now ask yourself who buys tires from a dealer when there are so many discount 'Tire Stores"? Well I did! As it turned out one of the valve stems leaked and I ended up with a flat tire that I only discovered once I reached home some 45 miles away. A quick call to Ricky and he advised me what to do and when I reported back that the problem was not a nail or something picked up on the road but a leaking valve stem, Ricky said --we will take care of you!. The tire was a complete loss! Ricky went in to the hyperactive customer service mode --and quickly had a solution for me -- a new tire was on its way to Heartland and I would only have to wait a day to have the replacement tire installed. He had the service people replace all of the valve stems in the event the one that was bad was from a bad lot. In short order the problem was resolved with no hassle. That only comes about when those providing service truly understand the customer service business. It starts first with good people, strong supportive leadership, good training and by instilling an attitude that it is only thorugh superb customer service can a business grow and keep the customer base. Now I know exactly why I bought a set of tires from a dealer! Thank You Ricky. My thanks also to Scott Moritz who has been the service rep on several past visits to Heartland Toyota. One year ago I purchased a Corolla from Heartland Toyota that was slightly used but very low miles. Steve Hewitt spent the time to hear my needs and get me into the car I requested at a very fair price. I r that was slightly used but very low miles. I returned to Heartland for all of my service intervals as I was impressed with their staffs professionalism and always courteous style of service. I feel confident that I get the right work at an honest price. Recently I injured my left leg which made driving my manual transmission Corolla undesirable. I returned to Heartland last weekend, found Steve and explained that I desired to have an automatic transmission car but I liked my Corolla (2010) and wanted one exactly the same. He had one on the lot; same color/ same car only better with the automatic transmission plus moon-roof, XM, JBL audio and Bluetooth, all of which I like but did not have. The Corolla was brand new/ 28 miles. My existing 2010 Corolla had 19,000 miles and , ofcorse a balance owed and 8% interest. Steve and Tom worked out my payoff and got me into the new car at 0% financing with a lower total contract than I had previously...that's what I call service. Steve went out of his way to help me move my things from the trade to the new car and make sure I knew how to work all the new features. My left leg is quite happy to not work a clutch and my car is still "my car" just way better and a whole lot newer. If you dread the sit down and signing with the finance manager, Tom will certainly win you over with his attention to detail and ability to explain options in a way one can understand. All I own are Toyotas (3 of them currently) and since moving here to Washington and dealing with Heartland Toyota, both in new car sales and service, all of my experiences have been nothing short of outs moving here to Washington and dealing with Heartland Toyota, both in new car sales and service, all of my experiences have been nothing short of outstanding! I purchased a 2003 4Runne new from Heartland, and when it I purchased a 2003 4Runne new from Heartland, and when it was totaled in an accident, I returned to Heartland and purchased a certified 2008 4 Runne I purchased a 2003 4Runne new from Heartland, and when it was totaled in an accident, I returned to Heartland and purchased a certified 2008 4 Runner from Chrissy Beckner. When it was time for service I returned to Heartland and dealt with Michael Maier. My 2003 4runner was serviced by Heartland, and my 2008 will be also. The service at Heartland can not be matched by any other Toyota dealer. At some point I may downsize for fuel economy, and Chrissy and Heartland will be at the top of my list for shopping. More
