Dealing with James Alameda was a pleasure. The negotiating was easy and no pressure. It was fun to purchase a car from him. I was in for 20,000 mile service. Alex helped me immediately. She completed the paperwork and said it would take about an hour and a half. She came to the cafe and got me one hour and ten minutes la immediately. She completed the paperwork and said it would take about an hour and a half. She walked me out to my car explaining a tire wear issue and how they were rotated to accomodate the problem. Very friendly. The car had been washed and floor mats vacuumed. I am a three-time buyer from Heartland Toyota and was very pleased with my experience on this third purchase. We were helped by Rabar Ali who took us on our test drive of a fully loaded Camry Hybrid and very pleased with my experience on this third purchase. Back at the dealership we dealt mainly with James Alameda who was VERY energetic and outgoing without being over the line. He treated us very well during the negotiations ad discussions. I was greeted by a freindly service advisor (Scott) who looked into the history of the service of my truck and noted that I had taken very good care of my truck. He noted that there were 2 recalls on my 2009 Tacoma and asked if anyone had explained them to me. I have had my truck seviced at 2 other dealerships and nobody mentioned them. He asked if I had the time to take care of them now or schedule to do them later. He told me how long it would take to do them and service my truck, and took care of it. I liked the dealing with only 1 person, as he was the cashier also. This dealership has become my place to go for service and if I need a new truck, this is the place for me. More
Absolutely do not use this dealership for service. They screwed up our car permanently. They replaced two wrong bearings and then less than a week later they both went bad. They were put in wrong AND they screwed up our car permanently. They replaced two wrong bearings and then less than a week later they both went bad. It's like they lifted the hood and banged everything inside with a mallot. Four grand later and we're still dealing with problems. More
