James is the Best. We have now bought 3 vehicles over the last 3 months and James has made it actually enjoyable. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were a little nervous, as it was our first car buying experience together. We were planning on only test driving a few cars and going to a few other dealers little nervous, as it was our first car buying experience together. We were planning on only test driving a few cars and going to a few other dealerships but when we saw how friendly the sales team was, we felt very welcome and at ease. Shawn approached us immediately to see what he could help us with. We told him we were looking for a hybrid SUV that was dependable and midsized. We asked to take a look at the Toyota Highlander Hybrids and Shawn showed us 2 that they had on the lot. One was an '08 and the other and '07. My wife and I have been married for just a year so we don't have a lot of money. We liked how modern the '08 was, but after Shawn let us take the '07 on a test drive to think about our decision we realized just how awesome the ride was and the comfortability of the '07. We were sold on the '07 and Shawn did his very best to help us get the price down to our budget (including staying til 10:30pm). Overall, it was a great experience and my wife and I are proud new owners of a 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Thank you to Shawn Magill for making this a great experience for us. More

The good thing about this dealership is that it provides not only outstanding service (and a free mocha, TV and computer area while you wait), but Jeff in service actually said what parts and service I coul not only outstanding service (and a free mocha, TV and computer area while you wait), but Jeff in service actually said what parts and service I could wait on, pointed out coupons and told me that they price match and did just that. I bought my truck a few years ago, Ricky was a mechanic at the time. My truck was used and I had some questions and requests, at the time Ricky helped me and really was one of the guys to make me a satisf at the time. Years later he is now in the service department, and honestly I could not be happier. He goes above and beyond to make my experience good, and to solve any issues I have with my truck. Last time I went in, Ricky was the one to discover a small issue with my truck, that I didn't even realize was there. He has saved me money in the long run by catching something small before it becomes something huge! I will continue to be a customer and value Ricky as my go to guy! Thank you Ricky Saly!!! More
In all the years of purchasing vehicle's, this by far was my best experience. A very friendly and seem to be happy with what they were doing. The Manager (Tom) was right there with a quote for my trade in and down to the penny as to what I owed. No haggleing!! When we left we had a clean new car with a full tank of gas and all waving and congratulating us on our new vehicle. Will recommend these people to all friends and relatives. A+ More
We Taylors traded in 2 vehicles for a 2011 Toyota Prius III. After test driving one, I knew I could give up my prized Saturn (the car I bought after the death of my first husband in 2002), but I insisted t III. After test driving one, I knew I could give up my prized Saturn (the car I bought after the death of my first husband in 2002), but I insisted that Don had to give up his Avalon Limited to seal the deal. He agreed to do so, but it was hard for him; he really liked his bigger car. But I have been doing most of the driving because of Don's worsening eyesight, and I preferred to do it with my Saturn. When talking to Paul, it was news to me that Don wanted to replace MY car. We found that we could talk easily with both Paul McCracken and Jim Vanvas, the finance man, but Paul was the salesman who sold us on the car. We were able to take our sweet time and even negotiate a bit on the price, so that makes for happy buyers. Both men have the personality to establish a nice rapport and conversation even with old folks like us (84 and 92). More
When I purchased my Prius, I purchased the pre-paid pkg. for oil changes & that's why I get my servicing performed @ Heartland Toyota. My ENTIRE experience beginning w/Scott to the complimentary drinks was for oil changes & that's why I get my servicing performed @ Heartland Toyota. My ENTIRE experience beginning w/Scott to the complimentary drinks was very enjoyable. All my questions & concerns were either answered by Scott or he said he would have them addressed during sevicing. I also appreciated the fact that my appointment was on time & the car was ready when promised. This dealership is very well organized & a pleasure to deal with. More
I went to the dealership to have my automobile for the usual 5,000 mile checkup. Since my husband had always taken care of this I was unsure of the process, but I was greeted immediately by your employee usual 5,000 mile checkup. Since my husband had always taken care of this I was unsure of the process, but I was greeted immediately by your employee who directed me to the office and took my car to service it. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. There was no charge for the service which was nice and my automobile was washed which was also a pleasant surprise. More
