Terry went above and beyond to get everything done in the shortest time. He checked with the company handling my extended warranty and even got them to agree to a "slightly needed" repair. Though there was a heavy volume of customers the Friday I brought my vehicle to the shop with a critical problem for this time of yr. (Blower Motor/Defrost failing) My vehicle was taken in on a walk-in basis,diagnosed, and a part ordered, and a follow up appt. set for 2 business days later. I additionally called Terry Mon. afternoon;telling him that I had an Oil Change Special coupon for $9.95. He scheduled me for 11:30 Tuesday and I was leaving the dealership fully satisfied by 1:30 pm. thanks, jw64brat More

Worked with Mike Maiers for three years now, and he has earned my trust and respect regarding maintenance on my vehicles. I have owned Toyota's for 13 years now, and rarely took them to the dealer. That changed when I met Mike, and it was only after I had a good vibe from him, that I started regularly coming to Heartland Toyota for service. I'm from a small town, and I need to know who I'm working with, and I sincerely apreciate his candor. I trusted him enough, to where I asked for the name of a sales person whom I could trust, and he recommended Steve Hewitt. Steve answered my questions, and I didn't feel 'overwhelmed' with pressure to purchase a car. That pushes me away, rather than getting the sale. Once I thought I might purchase a vehicle, I met Chuck Scott, in sales, and he was very frank, and explained the numbers clearly. He worked with me, and that's what I needed. Thank you again to the staff at Toyota. I'd also like to add that this is my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. So, I keep coming back, and as long as I'm treated as a customer, I will. More
