Absolutely do not use this dealership for service. They screwed up our car permanently. They replaced two wrong bearings and then less than a week later they both went bad. They were put in wrong AND they were never the ones that needed to be changed in the first place! On top of that they broke other pieces of our sequoia. It's like they lifted the hood and banged everything inside with a mallot. Four grand later and we're still dealing with problems. More
I was greeted by a freindly service advisor (Scott) who looked into the history of the service of my truck and noted that I had taken very good care of my truck. He noted that there were 2 recalls on my 2009 Tacoma and asked if anyone had explained them to me. I have had my truck seviced at 2 other dealerships and nobody mentioned them. He asked if I had the time to take care of them now or schedule to do them later. He told me how long it would take to do them and service my truck, and took care of it. I liked the dealing with only 1 person, as he was the cashier also. This dealership has become my place to go for service and if I need a new truck, this is the place for me. More

I brought my 2002 RAV4 in for its 120k mile service. I knew uo front that major work would need to be done (head gasket, some valve work, flushing of all fluids, all brakes}. Service Associate Ricky Saly knew uo front that major work would need to be done (head gasket, some valve work, flushing of all fluids, all brakes}. Service Associate Ricky Saly arranged for a free rental car for the four full days the extensive work required. He also kept me informed of the progress of the work which occurred between Christmas and New Years. Ricky also worked to get my automatic transmission replaced at manufacturer's expense. I highly recommend Heartland $oyota Scion (and Ricky Saly in particular) for their consistently outstanding customer service. More
I brought my older model Toyota in for an unplanned service right before Christmas. The repair needed was very involved and of course, that means that it can be costly. The servicing was something that I really couldn't put off until later. I was concerned that my out of town Christmas plans would be ruined without my car. Ricky was very helpful in giving me alternatives. He arraigned for a rental car at no charge and helped me sort out how to use customer loyalty points and other options to reduce the overall cost of the servicing that needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything that was needed to get my car back on the road. He checked in with me to update me on the progress of the work on my car. I was able to enjoy my Christmas activities using the rental car and my car was ready when promised. Ricky always does a great job of taking care of me and understands my emotional attachment to my car. This particular situation shows his commitment to excellent customer service. PS My husband drives a Ford and has teased me about using a dealer's service department for my car (he thought I would get ripped off). He brought my car in to Heartland Toyota about 2 years ago for routine service and later told me how amazed he was at the organization of the service department and the care the staff takes to assure the best experience for their customers. Our experience at Heartland was very good. We were greeted by Grant Diekman on the lot and I found him to be friendly and engaging without being at all being pushy. The lot had a better choice of inventory than the dealer we had just come from and I thought Grant did a good job of showing inventory while continually qualifying us a buyers. I liked the layout of the shop and had good vibs for others who were working around us while we were engaged with Grant. Found the Tacoma we wanted; felt that we had a good response on pricing and felt the whole transaction, including our wrap up with Jamie was friendly and business-like. Thank you. I recently took in our Scion and Land Cruiser for service. The Land Cruiser needed a few parts that had to be shipped in. The overall experience was excellent. Shawn was very helpful in assisting with us. The finance department was also very efficient in completing the financial details.
