We purchased a 2006 Camry from Heartland Toyota online. From the moment we contacted Heartland we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Their price was several hundreds of dollars less than the offer from our local Toyota dealership. Even though live approximately a hour and a half away from Heartland we take our car to them for servicing. We frequently are assisted by Mike Maier when we arrive at the dealership. Mike is a true professional. His attitude is always cheerful, he carefully explains the service involved and the costs associated with the service. I would consider Mike Heartland's good will ambassador. Are we satisfied with Heartland and would we purchase another car from them? We definitely will. More
Dealing with James Alameda was a pleasure. The negotiating was easy and no pressure. It was fun to purchase a car from him. I was in for 20,000 mile service. Alex helped me immediately. She completed the paperwork and said it would take about an hour and a half. She came to the cafe and got me one hour and ten minutes la immediately. She completed the paperwork and said it would take about an hour and a half. She walked me out to my car explaining a tire wear issue and how they were rotated to accomodate the problem. Very friendly. The car had been washed and floor mats vacuumed. It would be great if all service experiences were this good. More

I am a three-time buyer from Heartland Toyota and was very pleased with my experience on this third purchase. We were helped by Rabar Ali who took us on our test drive of a fully loaded Camry Hybrid and very pleased with my experience on this third purchase. Back at the dealership we dealt mainly with James Alameda who was VERY energetic and outgoing without being over the line. He treated us very well during the negotiations ad discussions. We would definitely refer Heartland, Rabar, and James to anyone looking for a good car buying experience. Good job! More
