Matt was very helpful. Kept us informed of work that needed to be done. We went out to get the car and to leave. Noticed the glove compartment was not shutting right. Rabar was very accommodating and helpful getting me into my new car today it was a pleasure going through the process of buying my car with him. I did not have a way to get to the dealership and he came and my new car today it was a pleasure going through the process of buying my car with him. Hey sales person, James Alameda was not available, he was still on vacation and Rivera stepped up and went through the entire process of getting me into my new car instead of James. I had worked with James Almeda in the past while looking for a new vehicle. He was so great to work with I kept his name and number in my phone for future reference. James was on vacation for a month when I came into Heartland looking for a new car. I asked for James, but found he was gone for a month. Jennifer (the Sales floor manager) helped me out the 2nd time I stopped by to look at cars. She checked to see if the Rav4 Limited in Blizzard Pearl was yet unclaimed by a buyer. It was not claimed yet and I put a deposit on the car with her that night, 11-11-22. There was no available sales person to help me that Friday night at about 4:30PM, and Jennifer stepped right up and took care of me herself. Jennifer was the one who confirmed James Almeda was still not back to work and put the deposit for my car under James name. When my new Rav4 Limited came in, I was called by Rabar Ali to let me know my car had arrived. James was still on vacay and had not returned to work, so Rabar helped me with the purchase of my car. He texted and called me to let me know he was able to help me out. I told him I didn't have a ride to the dealership and he said he would come get me. I let him know what day, 11/23/22, I wanted to come get my car and he said let me know when you need a pick up and I'll be there! He was very accommodating to my busy schedule! The day before I was to get my car, Rabar called me to let me know about Heartlands' Toys for Tots' drive and that if I brought in (5) new toys with a value of $10 each, or greater, they would take an additional $500 off the price of my car. I said Yes, I'll go toy shopping tonight! This was a great Promo and I enjoyed getting toys for kids and the savings on my new car. Ravar was very helpful, and went through all the steps of the buying process with me. He explained everything well, in easy to understand terms. He even took a picture of me with my new car on my phone for me!! Chris in the Finance Dept. was also very helpful. He was informative and explained all the paperwork and documents I had to sign. I liked Chris better than any other Finance guy I have bought a car from. The only thing I am not happy about with my car buying experience is that I was not told that I was only receiving 1 keyless Entry fob at the time of purchase. And I don't know when I will get my 2nd fob!! This is a big deal to me and I am nervous that Heartland Toyota will not stay on top of it and get my 2nd remote to me. I would like something in writing that I am owed a 2nd fob, and an approximate date when it is expected to arrive. Sincere thanks to everyone on the Heartland Team. Even the guy (didn't get his name) that washed and prepped my car was super accommodating and put new paper matts on the front driver and passenger mats for me, per my request! I never did receive a phone call from any of them and I left massages on their phone numbers provided on the Heartland print out, but no one called me back. More
