The customer service here was exceptional. I work in a cusotmer service position as well. So I look for the things that set people and a business apart form the rest. Mike Maier greeted me when I drove in and was both professional and easy to talk to. He shecked up on not only me but his other customers regularly to keep us informed of the progress on our vehicles. They led me back to the shop where I actually spoke with the mechanic and they showed me the things that needed to be done right away and also the things that will be coming up for repair/ replacement. The mechanic was also very professional. The facility was very clean, well kept, and had a very comfortable lounge and cafe where customers could wait, have complimentary bottled water and even a free coffee or two. There was Television, A computer room and books/magazines to read. Toyota in general has always been great. The service and products are the reason I have pretty much been a loyal Toyota customer since the early 90's. Thanks. More

My husband and I just recently purchased a new car. We have purchased a car before but never got the care we did like what we had from heartland Toyota scion in Bremerton Washington. We did not have the best credit history going in so getting a car we wanted was shakey. But working with our finance manager, Jim Vamvas, it was made possible. He went out of his way to talk with individual financial institutions to give us a chance to get a new car and it was not just any car... It was a car we absolutely love. Along with our dealer they got us in and out in a heartbeat with a new car. He even waited for my husband and I to get off work to fill out our paper work even though his shift was already over. That is what I call good customer service and a loyal financing manager. Jim Vamvas has helped us get rolling with our future. He not only got us the car we wanted but he has now helped us start our credit back up and going. I would recommend anyone to Jim Vamvas for financing and the next time we need a car Jim is who we are going to go straight to. Thanks so much Jim!!!! More
Heartland Toyota has serviced repairs on my 2004 Prius several times. Each time, assistant service manager Alex Black had previously read through my service request and had a few final questions. My car was returned repaired, within specified time and specified cost. During my wait, I continued to work with my employer through their WiFi at the coffee bar. I have had my 2010 Prius serviced at Heartland since I purchased it. They are always friendly and make the experience enjoyable. Alex Black did an excellent job of explaining what work needed to be done purchased it. They are always friendly and make the experience enjoyable. Alex Black did an excellent job of explaining what work needed to be done and the cost thereof. She even took the time to explain what coupons from their coupon book I could use to reduce the cost. This was my 2nd service experience with Heartland Toyota since moving to Kitsap from NJ. Scott was thorough, professional and personable in taking care of my 4wd Highlander's periodic service. He pointed out something I had suspected: the tires are close to needing replacement; he also identified something for immediate attention -- replacing the wiper blades. He helped me determine what would be the most appropriate replacement tire -- based on independent evaluations, and I will take care of that at Heartland Toyota before my next trip. More
Mike Santander is the Real Deal! My wife and I had never bought a new car prior to this and Mike made it very enjoyable.
