My experiences with Scott Moritz at Heartland Toyota have been nothing less than exquisite!! He is by far the most accommodating service manager I have ever dealt with. He always calls me back immediately, after leaving a message. He will make all efforts to get my car in at my convenience. He keeps me updated on any change in the service plan, and answers every question and concern I may have. He is always pleasant and happy!! I mean ALWAYS. He brightens my day with his cheerfulness and professionalism. In today's world, very few have this excellent of a work ethic. I am always amazed at what a nice experience it is to go and have my car serviced! My husband and I really do appreciate everything you do Scott. Thank you for making our visits to Heartland Toyota a pleasant one. More

Whenever I require service on my 2011 Camrey I make a point of seeking out Ricky Saly because he is always friendly and welcoming whenever I come in the door. Recently there was a minor problem regarding point of seeking out Ricky Saly because he is always friendly and welcoming whenever I come in the door. Recently there was a minor problem regarding a service requirement and he was quick to point out that the service I believed was necessary was in fact not. This saved me time as well as money. He further mentioned that I also had work done at my request that was not needed at the time and that because it was not caught by the shop I would have my next oil change free of charge. In the past few years I have done less and less of the work on my vehicles and taken them to different shops that I trust. Heartland Toyota/Scion are now on that trusted list especially when it comes to care of my Camrey. Thank you Heartland and especially you Ricky. Jim D. More
Hands down the best report with a service rep and best service I have ever had. I live much closer to the Toyota dealer in Tacoma, but would rather drive to Bremerton no matter what. Simply, I absolutely trust what Ricky says about my vehicle and that is priceless. My Prius has all kinds of weird issues. If Ricky and his support group can't figure out something, they say so.. and then they get expert engineers from Toyota to look into it. Ricky makes you feel like you are checking in and out of a resort. lol Complimentary latte, complimentary car wash, complimentary shuttle, complimentary yada yada. The waiting area is comfy and conducive to getting work done. I usually bring in my ipad and do some work. Never any problems connecting. If you are in Gig Harbor and currently go to Tacoma, and trust, good communication and quality service are important to you... switch to Heartland in Bremerton. You won't regret it... I don't. More

I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life! My friend and I went there today, and we got out of the car went into the building and there was a bunch of salesmen and staff around yet there life! We waited in the lobby for at least five mins while never being greeted, just glanced at never acknowledged by any staff. Finally I just went ahead and asked a salesman if he could help us and he said "oh, I didn't know you weren't being helped"...which was funny due to the fact that if you were unsure as to whether we were being helped woulnd'nt you just go ahead and ask if I WAS being helped? Plus I saw him look at us and I was looking around as if looking for help.. Then we started to look for cars and he was nice, and joking around with us at first. When we went inside to talk prices he became somewhat angry with us for trying to bargain on price!!! Then he became sarcasatic and just plain RUDE. We asked what he could do for us on the price and he said he would sell it to us for sticker price..that car was not worth the sticker price and maybe because we were women he thought he could get away with it. Who knows what was going through his head except for how do I drive these customers away? I was prepared to buy a car today but he was so unbelievably rude to us that I don't want to give this dealership a penny of my money..I can not even find words strong enough to tell how unbelievably rude this whole entire establishment was to us. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I do not usually write reviews unless I have had a terrible experience and this was beyond terrible I have no words strong enough to express how horrible the service was and how poorly we were treated by this salesman. He should be terminated. More
