Heartland Toyota has been helping me keep my car on the road since I bought it back in 2004. Scott is an AWSOME Assistant Service Manager. Richard Biehl was very easy to work with, and explained all features of the new Prius and all the new technology about it. Richard was very friendly, and I felt that I was treated very well, not leaving me in a room by myself for hours like some former buying experiences I have had with other dealers. While this wasn't Richard's doing, I did get a little messed with with on the Internet Special advertised, which shows $500 off a new Prius, when asked, I was told that the $24,945 price WAS the special..no the Internet special showed $500 dollar off that price, I wish I had brought in the web page..but I didn't push this...I did end up getting 1.9% which beat my 3.28% financing I had in hand, and this was no hassle...I was pushed to buy all the extra warranties, and I fell for the Theft Protection plan for $268 which does nothing for my insurance cost, like James the Finance guy told me, but overall this was a great experience...much better than any I have had before, and the Heartland lives up to what you would expect with the Toyota reputation all around. Richard I would say is a great asset to Heartland, he is not aggressive, and gets it. More
Ricky Saly has taken care of the service on my 2007 Prius most of the time since the car was new. While there was an unexpected repair this time, Ricky took me back to the service bay to show me the problem most of the time since the car was new. I can only find highly positive things to say about Heartland Toyota and Steve Hewitt. Steve responded to my email inquiry where other dealers failed to even respond. When we met with him at the dealership he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just a genuine willingness to work with us on finding and leasing a new car. Steve worked with the rest of his team to obtain fair trade values for the vehicles we wanted to trade and worked with the team to find the right payment/financing for us. After we completed the deal and had left the dealership, Steve found a lease incentive that wasn't applied and had the paper work redone to gain us an even better lease payment. A very positive and pleasing experience. My wife an I have driven Fords for most of our married life (40+ years) and were glad we took an unfamiliar leap to Toyota. I highly recommend Steve and the entire Heartland Toyota team. More
Went in on 7/30/12 and agreed to purchase a new Prius/ signed the paper work. I could not pick up the car the next day due to a scheduling conflict on my end, but drove to the dealership at 4:00PM the nex signed the paper work. I could not pick up the car the next day due to a scheduling conflict on my end, but drove to the dealership at 4:00PM the next day, to make sure the dealership got paid in full. Jamie took my money and said he would have the saleman, Mike S., call me that evening to arrange for someone to pick me up the next day to get the Prius. No call back on 7/31 or 8/1 so I called at 10:30AM on 8/1/12 and was told that Mike isn't working today. Thanks for the call back. Second new car purchased from Heartland Toyota. Crappy customer service. I won't be purchasing a 3rd Toyota at Heartland! Chuck Hazelwood would be turning over in his grave. More
I have worked with Scott Moritz as my service manager for several years. We own three Toyota's and always have them serviced at Heartland. A lot of that is do to the great service Scott provides. He does an excellent job explaining everything that needs to be done and quotes a price that is never exceeded The work is done right and on time. I truly appreciate the rides Heartland gives me to and from work to drop off and pick up my vehicles. More
We were actually just beginning to shop for different, newer car. We bought a Toyota Echo in 2000 from Heartland and have been very happy with the car and the service there, so thought we would check out newer car. Saw the Corolla and took it for a test drive. My husband and I felt right at home as soon as we sat down in the car. We love the way the car handled, lack of road noise,and the options that were on the car. Grant was great to work withm made the experience really easy. I really appreciate the Jerry setting up the hands free telephone option and the instrutions given by Jerry in the operation of same. Grant was good to give me instructions on the GPS and the radio controls. In case you cannot tell I am not a great electronic person. More

Rabar was outstanding in showing me the features of the Prius, a brand new technology for me. He made it clear that he would take care of me and my new purchase in every way.
