I was very impressed by Docs knowledge of the RAV4 he took his time with us answered all the questions we ask. We had lots of fun during the process of buying the car. In 2012 I went to Toyota to buy my dream car. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had never bought my own car before so I was really nervous. I didn't want to be pressured or pushed to buy som idea what I was getting myself into. I had never bought my own car before so I was really nervous. I didn't want to be pressured or pushed to buy something that didn't suit me. Shawn Magill was the sales guy I could have only hoped for. He listened to me. He wanted to get me the car I wanted. He was kind and understanding. After figuring some things out I left with a 2011 scion tc. I couldn't have been happier! A year later something with the rear main seal needed to be fixed. Brent Baird (assistant service manager) helped me with getting my oil changed and he was aware of the seal that needed to be replaced. My car had to stay at the dealership for a couple days. Brent Baird was able to get me a rental car and during the time of my car being fixed he did such a fantaStic job of keeping me updated on the status of my car. He was also so very kind. I seriously have heard horror stories about dealerships and I recommend Toyota to all my friends and family. They are so patient and all the employees care about our needs and wants.
