You will truly enjoy your experience. We have had our 2006 Highlander serviced at Heartland Toyota since we bought it new. After 130,000 miles we are still going back to Heartland because of Ricky Saly one of their service agents. Heartland is very fortunate to have him. He greets you by name when you arrive for service and reminds you of anything that he is watching for you like; brake replacement or recall notices. His memory of customers names is truly remarkable. Even after 130,000 miles, he tells us that we don't need brakes yet and that he is watch it and will let us know when we need them. I have worked in a customer service business for over 42 years in managing and hiring customer service personnel for 6 NW states, so I know customer service when I see it and personally experience it. If Ricky had skills in the financial service business, I would have hired him away from Heartland Toyota long ago! More

We had our car in for it's first service and were well pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadverten pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadvertently put washer fluid in the cooling system (I know - dumB). Alexandra was quick to determine the needed correction and provide my wife with an estimate of cost and time. She made sure my wife was taken care of and saw the service through in a timely manner. Great service from all concerned and special kudos to Alexandra for delivering the car in atimely manner. More
My sales person, Patrick Fendley, made our experience an enjoyable one from start to finish. Our previous experiences with other dealerships have always been dubious, but Patrick, Mike and Chrissy made my f enjoyable one from start to finish. Our previous experiences with other dealerships have always been dubious, but Patrick, Mike and Chrissy made my families visit to purchase a new Highlander a lot of fun. Having three boys is a handful, yet the dealerhship had two childrens play rooms and enough room for them to run around while my wife and I signed all of the paperwork. I really cant say enough about Patrick and the sales team who looked after us and our children during the entire time we were at Heartland. We look forward to having our Highlander serviced at Heartland because its such a nice building and very customer friendly. Thank again! More
