Our salesperson was very patient with us and not pushy. We took several trips to the dealer over the span of about one week to evaluate and ask more questions. Absolutely no pressure and a very knowledgable and accomodating salesman, which was exactly what we wanted. He even stretched out in the back to make sure my big folding tables would fit -- now, that's good customer service! And when the car I had my eye on was sold, a replacement was found within a day. I had a great experience with the crew at Heartland. We went in and wanted to look at a 2012 Prius listed on their site with a deal on it. They pulled in a 2013 and gave me the same deals on it. They wanted to get the most money for our trade and spent time calling around to get us the most they could for it. Jim had all the paperwork ready for us to sign for financing really quick and got us through the finance process in the fastest time possible. I have been through many cars and many dealerships and Heartland and their crew have exceeded all my expectations and made this car buying experience the best I have ever had. More
We had a really good expiriance with John and Grant at the Toyota dealer ship. Grant was able to finish the sale of our 2013 Avalon aswas John was working to finish his other customer. I have owned a Toyota product since 1985. First a Camry that gave me 12 really good years (my son several more) Then a Lexus sedan and for the last 6 years a Lexus small suv. For most of the work done on that gave me 12 really good years (my son several more) Then a Lexus sedan and for the last 6 years a Lexus small suv. For most of the work done on my two Lexus vehicals I went to either Lexus of Bellevue or lately Lexus of Tacoma. Mostly had good service and was happy with dealing with them, but they were expensive and not convienient. I have tried other repair shops but always have been a little underwhelmed by the service and finished work. Thought I would try the Bremerton dealership when I needed a costly repair (almost half cost of the amount quoted from Lexus of Tacoma). On that occasion I was really pleasantly surprised at the service quality. Complimentry coffee, other treats to tide over the constant nibbler in me and a knowledgable and very friendly service tech to personally walk me through the work. I have just had another repair done and again worked with the same representative, Michael Maier. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel very confident that I was being given the best service. Hopefully I won't be visiting Michael for awhile, but if I do need another repair he will surely be my go to man. More
Basicly stopped at dealership to view the Venza and Highlander with intentions to look and bring our trade-in back another time if our level of interest in either vehicle was there. Walked in and met Patrick Fendley and after some discussion, he provided test rides in both with great knowledge of both vehicles. Upon returning he found vehicle of our liking and worked with the floor manager (Believe was Don)to get us acceptable trade on our vehicle (site un-seen). We agreed on deal, met with Jim Vamvas whom explained all paper work, and walked out with new Highlander Limited. Will be returning later this week to also test drive Avalon. Patrick performed his job with great enthuisiam and knowledge of products. The support from Don and Jim with know pressure made for great experience. More

Tom Diefendorf is a truly exceptional General Manager! Recently I when I called the dealership I had a difficult time connecting with my sales person because of phone issues at the dealership. The recpeptionist connected me to the General Manager of Heartland Toyota is Bremerton, Tom Diefendorf. He was very understand of the issue I had with a car that wouldnt start that was sitting in my front yard. Tom send a tow truck to pick it up and an employee to drive to my house to pick me up. Thats first class service with a plus. I always felt in good hands with everyone I met at the dealership and they fixed my car and had me back on the road within hours. The waiting area is more like a restaurant and it is excellent. My mind is at peace knowing that Heartland Toyota will be there whenever I need help. Thank you Tom Diefendorf for your truly exceptional customer service and thank you to everyone I met at Heartland, they are all outstanding people who truly care. I am so happy I can count on you in the future. Happy New Year and thanks again. More
