It is always a pleasure to take my Prius to Heartland Toyota for service! The service reps are friendly, helpful and responsive, and make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. There have even been several instances (a flat tire, and a headlight that was out) when I was able to bring my car the same day without a scheduled appointment, have the problem fixed, and be back to work within an hour. Service like that just can't be beat!! More

My Water pump went out on my 2008 Camry and I call Heartland to ask if I still had a warrany on my call. Well we really weren't looking forward to having to buy a new car. We have had high pressure before from another dealer and it made us very uncomfortable.
