Took my Tundra to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton Wa. to service and detail it in order to sell it to pay for medical bills. My service rep. was Mr. Aaron Smith, from the moment I sat down (immediately o service and detail it in order to sell it to pay for medical bills. My service rep. was Mr. Aaron Smith, from the moment I sat down (immediately offered a soft drink or coffee) I could tell he was very experienced and friendly he looked over the history of my vehicle and he came up with a reasonable service and detail plan that fit my budget. The service was top; notch and was done quickly, Mr. Smith notified me the moment was vehicle was finished, when I picked it up it looked like a brand new truck, I had asked Aaron to give me an estimate of the trucks value, not only was the estimate higher than expected, but Mr. Smith had notified his sales dept. and they gave me an offer that was more than I was going to sell the truck for. Overall- I can't say enough as to how courteous I was treated, how professional everyone was and the price was too good to be true. I highly recommend this dealership and if you go there for service ask for Aaron Smith, he made it all happen!! More

I have an older model 4 Runner that needed a major tune up and I imagined other things would show up once the car was in the shop. Scott Moritz was highly professional and extremely knowledgable about the up and I imagined other things would show up once the car was in the shop. Scott Moritz was highly professional and extremely knowledgable about the systems in this vehicle and able to explain them to me in a way that made sense. He followed up with several phone calls and did what he said he would do and more! He helped me to prioritize immediate needs from those that could wait a bit. All the worked was priced out and there were no surprises at check out. And the best part was that I felt like I was driving a brand new car when the work was complete! I will definitely return to Heartland Toyota and know my vehicle will be well taken care of. Thank you Scott for making this so easy, and the mechanics too!! More
I could tell right away that this part of the Hazelwood establishment was much different than where I had been going for service across the street. The person that really got everything going in motion was my sales person from the Chrysler dealership, Dallas. I didn't call him because of not wanting to bother him but I know better now. All he had to do was hear my name mentioned, he immediately called me, and got those involved that were willing to take care of the problem. This is why I have purchased several vehicles from Dallas and will do so again. These 3 individuals are terrific assets to your company. More

He's got a great sense of humor, is courteous and knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and has nerves of steel when it comes to taking people out for test drives. My 2009 Camry had been first owned as a rental car, and after I bought it, I had it regularly serviced at Heartland Toyota. I think, I'm pretty sure, that the transmission was on it's way out, and it's be after I bought it, I had it regularly serviced at Heartland Toyota. I think, I'm pretty sure, that the transmission was on it's way out, and it's been getting worse. The service staff wasn't ever able to find anything, but it wasn't one of those things that stuck out like a sore thumb, either. So, I'm not discouraged with the service department. However, I would have preferred a new car instead of having my older one break down somewhere, costing me a lot of money. Since my e-mail has been in their database, I've routinely gotten offers to trade my older Camry in, and when I saw the Toyota Financial incentives, I decided to pursue this further. I also am a Costco member, so I put my information into Costco's website, and they directed me to Heartland Toyota, which I expected. Susan Sanchez set up an appointment with Shawn Magill for me, and honestly, I could not have been happier to be dealing with him. Shawn is first class, all the way. He, Chuck and Jamie all seemed to bend over backwards to get me the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. You know those stories about the 'used car salesman' that make the hair on the back of your neck stand up? This is the first car that I've ever bought where those hairs stayed where they were supposed to be. There was none of that 'Oh, let me go see what my manager will do to make this deal happen for you' xx. I told Shawn what I could and couldn't do, and he made it happen. I couldn't put any money down when I went to do this, and I told him that I'd be willing to take the same model, but with lesser options to get my price where I wanted it, but these guys do what was necessary to put me in the car that I wanted. By the way, if you're buying a Toyota, and you can get the Cosmic Mica Grey, get that color! It's beautiful! After the sale, Shawn sat with me for 30 minutes, in the car, going over the tech in the car, getting my phone paired, setting up the stuff that I needed to have set up, and making sure that I understood everything. The next day, a Sunday, I dropped off the extra key I had for the other Camry, and I had a question about the phone interface in the car, and Shawn spent another 20 minutes with me, making sure that things worked the way they should. We think it was just a matter of the Bluetooth connection not connecting fast enough. Not an issue. I can't say enough about Shawn and Heartland Toyota. I had an appointment with another Toyota dealership, which was highest rated on another car site, but since I had bought the car from Shawn, I e-mailed them to tell them that I was sorry, I had already made the purchase. I haven't heard back from them. However, I've gotten a nice e-mail from Shawn and Heartland, thanking for for my business. If you're in Kitsap or Pierce county, and you want a Toyota, come visit Heartland Toyota! If you're looking for another brand vehicle, if the rest of the West Hills auto family treats you the way Shawn and Heartland treated me, you'll be happy. Come to Bremerton for your next vehicle, you won't be disappointed. More

I call Heartland toyota in bremerton wa Richard answer my call. I went in to see a car I found on line. and within 2 hours my son drove my new car home.
