Scott Moritz, my service representative, was helpful, thorough, and conscientious. For example, rather than directing me to a finance person who could answer my question, he took it upon himself to conta thorough, and conscientious. Well we really weren't looking forward to having to buy a new car. We have had high pressure before from another dealer and it made us very uncomfortable. In the past few years I have purchased a few vehicles from Heartland Toyota and I would like to commend the whole Heartland Staff for their TRULY EXCEPTIONAL and PROFESSIONAL service they provide through from Heartland Toyota and I would like to commend the whole Heartland Staff for their TRULY EXCEPTIONAL and PROFESSIONAL service they provide throughout the process from sales, service and finance. I would especially like to commend James Alameda and Jim Vambas as there their team work from sales to finance has been OUTSTANDING (as always) throughout the process of sales to financing is remarkable. I look forward to to doing business with Heartland Toyota in the furture years and would without hesitation recommend this dealership and James Alameda to friends and family. More
Brittany was great. She was thorough, mellow and laid back, but efficient and answered all our questions. She was also not impossible to negotiate with, which of course, made our experience more enjoyab back, but efficient and answered all our questions. One of the main reasons we have bought several toyota is due to the great service we have gotten thru the years from Scott Moritz. We have him on speed dial and have called him even when we are out of state and he has directed us while there. Just recently we had a nail go in the tire of our 2012 Toyota van. He could have just sold us a tire, but instead he suggested we try a tire shop that could just not patch it -as he was willing to do-but would put a plug in it and it would be safer and more long lasting. He watches out to only sell us what is needed and that is so refreshing in today's world. Now we are thinking we may need to upgrade our toyota truck..... Thanks again Scott! More

My highest rating on the categories is based on how James Alameda, our favorite car sales agent. We have bought five new Toyota vehicles from him in a span of 14 years. Our most recent purchase was last Friday, on 4/12/2013, of the Avalon Touring SLE 2013. He showed us the car with its many features and took us for a test drive. On top of that, he scheduled an extra time to see him yesterday, Tuesday, so he could to go over with us in detail the many features of the Avalon and programmed our cell phones, iPod, etc. to the car's system. The session was a tremendous help to us who are not tech savvy. James' commitment to give his customers excellent service goes beyond the closure of a sale. He makes sure that his customers are fully satisfied with their purchase, treats them well, and always available to assist us. More
Customer service was very prompt, efficient, and truly satisfying. The Solara 1999 that was repaired for its starter now starts without any problem,and the car is running smoothly, to boot. My husband who brought the Solara in for repair forgot to request a car wash and vacuum,but when we came to pick up the car the following day and made the request, Ricky made us feel that our untimely and late request was still okay and he accommodated us. As to pricing, he already factored in a 10% discount as senior citizens and as loyal customers of Heartland Toyota. Really nice of him! So, overall, we are very happy with the service we received and look forward to doing business with Ricky Saly again. More
I took my 2012 Camry in for it's first routine service last week. Ms. Alex Black was my service representative as I remember her fixing a problem with my Camry when I first bought it last year. service last week. Just like the previous time, she was very helpful, friendly, and prompt coming to get me after the car was done. She gave me coupons both times for a free latte while waiting for the service. This time the car was done in half the time estimated. She went over all the items checked during the service and which items might need attention in the future. They even vacuumed the floor mats. Heartland Toyota is the best service agency I have ever used and Ms. Black is the best service representative. Look for her when you drive up to have your car serviced. She does an outstanding job. More
