It was a great experience for us, but probably not for the dealership. We went from an estimated one time cost to buy a 2013 Prius priced at $35,000 for $21,000-plus to a lease with a one-time payment of the dealership. We went from an estimated one time cost to buy a 2013 Prius priced at $35,000 for $21,000-plus to a lease with a one-time payment of $4,089, to a lease with monthly installments coming to $2,600 over three years. I remarked that if I hung around long enough, it might be free. Joe Matucci and Dahkil 'Doc' Alim were very helpful and friendly through it all, and despite it all. We have bought three Priuses from Heartland and would consider it first when we want a new car again.. More
While visiting from central California we suffered a minor mishap to our Toyota Prius. Backing over a rock caused a rear wheel lug nut to shear off. We were scheduled to return home the next day but could not if repairs were not completed. The service department of Heartland Toyota responded immediately-no appointment required. Within two hours the problem was resolved and a new bolt was pressed into place. Their service was prompt, friendly and courteous. The dealership offered a complimentary beverage at their sandwich bar and provided a shuttle service to and from a local business where we had a prior appointment. The problem was solved without disruption to our busy schedule and we were able to meet our deadline to return home-a 1,000 mile drive. I highly recommend the service department of Heartland Toyota. Heartland Toyota has serviced our 2007 Camery since it was new in 2006. It now has over 100,000 miles on it and still runs and feels like a new car. The dealership can't get a better rating from me, it is was new in 2006. It now has over 100,000 miles on it and still runs and feels like a new car. The dealership can't get a better rating from me, it is the best in all catagories. And they go out of their way to keep happy customers and provide out standing service. Also just last week I had a brake job done by their service department on my Ford pick-up, they were $236. cheaper then two other local bids for the same job. Brittney Benway, supported by Joe and Jamie, was friendly, courteous and professional throughout our entire trade in of the 2011 RAV4 for the new 2013 RAV4. Alexandra was the service assistant that helped me when I checked in for my oil change. She immediately made eye contact and greeted me. She came and got me to start close out paperwork when she heard my c checked in for my oil change. She immediately made eye contact and greeted me. She came and got me to start close out paperwork when she heard my car was being washed. When we were finished and it wasn't there, she went to check and drove the car back herself. The entire exchange with her was pleasant and genuine. Her demeanor communicated a high value on the customer and it showed in every extra little touch she added to the experience! More

They kept telling me "no Problem" to all of my requests. Everyone from the receptionist and salesman and to the finance people and the general manager knew their job. Professional, knowledgeable and a sense of urgency to take care of my needs and to make me completely happy is why I will my experience with this dealership is amazing. More
I moved to Port Orchard in 2007 . Had done business with Michaels Toyota in Bellevue for many years and boughttwo cars from them. I wasn't looking forward to working with a new Dealership.. I even took the drive to Bellevue to get my oil changed with Michaels twice before I finally decided to give Heartland a try. The service rep that helped me in the beginning was very good and friendly but took another position. So then I met Michael Maier. He is the warmest and friendliest guy in your Service intake area. He is thorough and takes the time to check things out regarding my account history every time I come in. He makes sure I get my discounts etc.. In the past others have not ! Mike is always in a good mood and all smiles. He makes me feel like he's glad I'm there and doing business with Heartland. If he is busy with another customer I will wait so I can have his assistance with checking in for service. If he's not there I'm disappointed.. I have had to work with other intake assistants and they just don't measure up to him. They do their job and are pleasant but they need to learn from Michael. Even when they are slammed he keeps his cool and makes sure I'm not rushed away to get my free latte !! I hope he's recognized and appreciated for the exemplary service he provides. He's your Shining Star !! More
