Ricky Saly was able to get repairs done on our Sienna through our extended warranty, he did all the footwork and paperwork and we didn't have to worry about approvals or phone calls, etc. Brent Baird recently helped us with some mechanical issues we had with our Ford F150, yes I said Ford.........we trust Heartland Toyota SO MUCH, and they have proven themselves over and over, that we bring all of our vehicles to them for service no matter what make they are. We have ventured to the dark side(service department of Ford) and trust me, they do not even come close to Heartland's service. We weren't even acknowledged for 15 minutes, no lattes there!, they don't wash your vehicle and we just didn't feel like they were too concerned about great customer service. When the time comes I need to buy a car again, I would definitely come back for Richard Biehl. I am a student and I only wanted to buy the 2008 prius that has 79,000 miles already. But I got the newer with low miles instead. I felt like I owe it to him. I hope someday I can make it up to him. Not only that, he knew I felt awkward driving the prius as it was my first time, so he really did his best in explaining the features of the car.
