Scott is always professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! Whether I have specific questions regarding my Highlander or am simply scheduling routine maintenance, he is always welcoming, personable and efficient! He takes the time to consider my questions/comments and always provides insightful and well-informed responses and guidance. The personalized service I receive from Scott and the quality of the workmanship provided by Heartland Toyota's technicians will weigh heavily when I consider purchasing my next vehicle. Actually, it's the folks in the Service Department who "sell" the vehicles! Purchasing a new car involves a day or two of conversations/negotiations with a sales person. (And, from personal experience, some of those sales happen in spite of a particular sales person's efforts . . . rather than due to them.) However, a customer's encounters with personnel in the Service Department following the sale and throughout the next several years influence and define that customer's level of satisfaction with the vehicle and, ultimately, his/her overall satisfaction with, and confidence in, the manufacturer. Here's hoping that Heartland Toyota recognizes and actively "appreciates" Scott's outstanding performance and amazing customer service! More
From the moment I walked in to Heartland Toyota to get my Camry serviced till the moment I left was a great experience. Everyone I met there was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. My Camry was inspected and the problems found were immediately told to me with recommendations for further service. The normal service was done well before the estimated 4 hours along with a car wash as well. I will be bringing my car back for more needed service that I really wouldn't have known to do if not for the technicians. I trust Heartland Toyota to do the service and repairs they say they are going to do because of the care they have for the customers and vehicles they drive! I was sold a great car by Heartland and the years of ownership have proven it all worth while! Thanks everyone! More
We were referred to Chuck (New car sales mgr.) and he took us to Steve Hewitt. Steve was excellent and the reason for the rating we gave. Then he explained the different manuals and took us out to the vehicle and went over all its features; making sure we were understanding as he went along. He answered all our questions. Scott was on his way to meet me when I pulled my car into the service drop off! I wasn't expecting someone to actually greet me on my way into the service department so I just walked by Scott and began to s the service drop off! I wasn't expecting someone to actually greet me on my way into the service department so I just walked by Scott and began to sit down at the waiting area when Scott turned and in a very friendly voice said "I can take care of you now". But it doesn't stop there. The technicians always do excellent work and on time and I feel guilty when my dirty car returns washed, vacuumed, and ready to go! Scott must have looked over my service plan with the technician and determined it was time to replace the wiper blades since it was covered on the service plan and they may be in not so good shape by my next service. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Heartland so far - you always feel like your part of the family. More

Patrick Fendley was very friendly and quite knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and told us things we hadn't thought of that we were glad to know. As a salesman he is very easy to work with, and He answered all of our questions and told us things we hadn't thought of that we were glad to know. As a salesman he is very easy to work with, and not the least bit pushy. He is of the generation that is very informed about technical aspects of the complexities of the numerous computer components of this car. He easily explained what we needed to know in language that was very understandable. The price was easily reached without all of the back and forth tactics between salesman and manager that many dealerships use. In general we felt very well taken care of and love our new Prius V! We also love the attitude of the employees, ambiance of the dealership and the way all of that speaks to the care and concern the owners of the dealership. More
I have to say that Alexandra Black, aka Alex, has exceptional customer service. I as a woman always felt like I was getting she shaft when taking in any of our vehicles for service at other places, exceptional customer service. Her knowledge in her job, the comfort of knowing she will explain exactly what is needed and calls if any update, plus her out going personality gives me the confidence in the workmanship I will receive. Mr. Scott Moritz handled my appointment and I must say not only did I get a great rate for the work done, the customer service, the timeli recently. Mr. Scott Moritz handled my appointment and I must say not only did I get a great rate for the work done, the customer service, the timeliness, the friendliness, the professionalism, and the quality and guarantee of the work is superb! Mr. Moritz went out his way and provided me a complimentary rental car ( a new 2013 corolla) for a day while my corolla is being worked on. He called me a couple of times that day and updated me the estimates and status of the work being done. His dedication, hard work and outstanding customer service is a reflection of this dealerships success. This is one of the many positive experience I received at this dealership for the last 16 years. More
