I sent out a broad search for my vehicle, and spoke with several dealerships. Heartland stood out both in price as well as a professional presentation of information. Everyone I spoke with was very responsive, respectful, patient with my many requests. Amanda Centeno, the Internet sales coordinator really sealed the deal for me with her positive, friendly, professional demeanor. Rabar and Kevin were so nice and spent a lot of time talking over my car with me. Have I said "professional" enough times? I stress the word because I was so impressed with the team- even when I pushed them as hard as I could for my deal, they didn't get upset, and calmly told me no when it was appropriate. I think having such a team is a reflection of good management. I was reluctant to drive as far as I did for my car (from Seattle) but now I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership and Rabar / Amanda without reservation. More

Rabar the guy who sold me a car I saw an add on Craig's list for an 04 Tacoma. Proceeded to the dealership to see if this was the truck for me. Service was a bit slow but the employees made it a little more bearable for being extremely helpful. Saw the truck truck and gave it a visual inspection myself and talked to the mechanic who was working on it. He said it was in very good condition with low miles. Test drove it and bought it and took it right to the mountains to test it out. By far the best truck I've owned. More

They were super kind to our kids and offered them snacks and balloons to keep them happy and entertained while we considered our options. While they took our offer back to work out some prices and quotes they gave us lunch so we could eat and not have to leave the dealership and come back later with tired cranky kids. The service team was able to offer us an active duty military discount for my husbands service which is really amazing. They offered to help carry our things around room to room as we moved through the process. The finance consultant had a great sense of humor and did a good job showing us the importance of the extra coverages. This was a smooth and overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rabar/Miles to our friends and family to come purchase a car here, it was excellent service. More
