When we arrived at the dealership the next day Brittney met with us and brought us coffee and tried to find out what we were looking for,after a time period it came to me that the Ford F150 at there used car lot was the right fit with a strong engine,comfort,for the long trips to my ranch,the price was right the truck was great so we were transfered to Shawn for financials and that went well because he gave us many options.I can,t say enought about Brittney every time she got up to take care of our business she went on a run,she was excellant at her job she new the products she had at the dealership,she new the budget we had and worked the best deal she could make.Over all it was a good experiance,I want to tank everyone at Heartland Toyota for there kindness and look forward for service that my truck will need.Oh one thing more next time I:ll bring the hotdogs. I was leasing a car for my husband, and I came in knowing exactly what he wanted (traditional Prius model two in red), and Brittney got it for me! Her customer service was impeccable, and she made the whole experience a real pleasure -- she's personable and competent, and was able to address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and confidently. She obviously knows her stuff, and it shows! We are now a proud two-Prius family (I have the Prius C in "summer rain"), and I'm always telling people what great cars they are. We have been leasing cars from Heartland Toyota for about 20 years now, and you gals and guys truly ROCK (especially Brittney, as well as Kevin in financing). P.S. My family and Friends have purchased over 10 Vehicles from Heartland Toyota, because of the Quality Of Toyotas and the friendliness, help and professionalism of employees, ESPECIALLY, Mike Santander. I sent Mike a text on what we needed and what Jordon could afford. Mike found us a almost Like new Certified 2009 Yaris, and then Kevin in Finance went to work finding financing as Jordon is rebuilding Her credit and it was not real good. In just one day all this was done and we drove out with the car. Mike is by far the best I have worked with, James Alameda is also wonderful, and now Kevin, who is Also great. Twice in the last six months, my father has had warning l Wanted to leave a review of my recent visits to the Service Department at Heartland Toyota. Twice in the last six months, my father has had warning lights illuminate on the dash of his 2006 Rav4. Scott Moritz at the Service Department helped us both times, gave us a run-down of what was wrong each time, ordered the appropriate repair parts, and the final invoice costs were within $15 of estimates. My dad is not a big "motor head", so while he may not understand exactly what is wrong, I trust that the Service Department will not exploit his lack of knowledge. I never feel that I am being "taken to the cleaners" by the guys & gals there, and I do feel that they are genuinely concerned that I am satisfied, and that they want me to continue to bring my two vehicles, and my father's vehicle, back for service. I expect to be able to drive my Toyotas for several-hundred-thousand miles, and I feel that the Service Department at Heartland wants to help me do that. Keep up the great work. More

Your Assistant Service Manager was there to assist me in the procedures of getting our Prius back on the road. He was polite, understanding and expedient to our needs. When my vehicle arrived from the wash rack, Aaron jumped out and presented our shiny new car that he himself had just washed; now that is going that extra mile, that %110 just to serve the customer; thanks Aaron. Hope to see you and Heartland Service again, only on scheduled visits though. Ed Kindred More
