Alex Black is great! Bad day turned out okay (: Up until last year i serviced my 4RUNNER at the Toyota Dealership in Seattle (where I purchased it from). The drive from gig harbor to Seattle wasnt i Up until last year i serviced my 4RUNNER at the Toyota Dealership in Seattle (where I purchased it from). The drive from gig harbor to Seattle wasnt ideal but I felt comfortable with the staff so I made a day out of the routine three month check up. However, last January I believe, disaster struck.. The rainest morning of the year on my way to work, my tire pressure sensor came on and I could slowly feel my front drivers side tire deflating. Luckily, I had gotten off the Auto Center way exit to pull over. I proceeded to the top of the Auto Plex to the Toyota deallership where i was greeted warmly by a service department employee, Scott. Not only did he patch my tire quickly in order for me to make it in time for work.. We also shared a few laughs too. He made me feel comfortable, and also informed me that my tires were in fact ready to be replaced and when i wasnt in a hurry, to come back so he could get me a great deal. And a week later, I did! Scott was more concerned with getting me to work on time than trying to pressure me into a sale right a way and that i loved ! I have been a returning customer ever since!!! Thank you Scott for the consistent great service and for making the Seattle commute a thing of the past !!! More

He always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what I am paying for and why it is necessary. The waiting area is actually a comfortable little WIFI cafe, very cool. Your new car is handed over to you in a delivery bay after a quick touch up detail and a full tank of gas. What really makes it special is the people. Susan was very helpful with our internet inquiry and she turned us over to Dakhil who was wonderful. His personable, professional approach led us to be very comfortable that we were getting the right vehicle at the right price. He was very patient and made sure we were comfortable with the dealership and the car. He gave us a tour and introduced to employees we met along the way. He is friendly and helpful and always makes sure that my car issues are handled in a timely manner with through explanations if some unexpected problem should arise during the service appointment. Brent never fails to ask if I would like my car washed or if I need some extra service for a smaller unnoticed problem. He has even gotten me in ASAP when I came in with an emergency such as a tire losing air or a strange noise or a headlight that burned out. His friendly smile and his desire to make sure that each person that he deals with leave satisfied with their service, is a real asset to your dealership! More
