My first contact with Heartland Toyota was with Service Adivisor Bre Stevens over the phone setting up the appropriate service appointment for my car that would no longer start. Friendly and efficient, Bre diagnosed the problem quickly, set me up with a convenient appointment, and inquired if I would need a loaner car. The following day she greeted me at the door, got me checked in quickly, offered me an estimate of cost, and sent me off to a comfortable and spacious waiting area with a coupon for a complimentary snack or beverage while my car was taken back immediately for repair. She kept me updated throughout the process via text message, let me know of any changes, and gave me an estimate of the remaining wait time. Once everything the repair was complete, Bre got me checked out, and sent me on my way with another coupon for a free car wash. My car was back in working order in well under 90 minutes within the estimated cost. More
