Upon my arrival at the dealership at my appointment time, I was met in the arrival bay by my Service Advisor, Mr Wyatt Oakley. Very friendly and personable, Mr Oakley quickly got my vehicle checked in, the odometer recorded, and then escorted me in to his workstation. We got to work-order completed and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Wyatt kept me informed of the mechanic’s findings and recommendations, and the work was completed in quick order. I am extremely pleased with the service experience today, and Mr Wyatt Oakeley is to be highly commended for his excellent customer service. More

Heartland Toyota provides excellent after purchase service which I experienced working with Chet Blanchard. I recently brought my 2021 Toyota Camry to Heartland for work after major mishap that did co service which I experienced working with Chet Blanchard. I recently brought my 2021 Toyota Camry to Heartland for work after major mishap that did considerable damage to right side rims, tires, axles, etc. Chet was very professional, personable, and experienced and he walked us through the repair process in words that we could understand. His knowledge of the insurance process was outstanding, and is communication skills are some of the best I have seen in a long time. He kept us informed through every step and we were surprised to receive a call that the car was ready well before when we expected it. All of Heartland’s Service Advisors are good but Chet is truly a cut above the pack. Kudos to Chet but also the mechanics who did excellent work on the car. More
