Patience in the 4th of July. I've been very apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership. As a result I held on to and continued to drive my beat up car. Funaly the time came I've been very apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership. As a result I held on to and continued to drive my beat up car. Funaly the time came to buy a new car. I was greeted by friendly staff and they quickly pairs me,with Alexis. Alexis was,very patient as,I test drove several cars. She explained the features of the car while we were on the road. When we for back to the store I settled on a car. At this point the store had closed but Alexis hung out as we finushed the paperwork. The sales manager sat me down with brent baird to complete the paperwork, I've been helped by Brent in the past when he worked in service. Brent took care care of all of the paperwork and my questions. everything wrapped up smoothly. I appreciate all the effort from alexis and Brent. They stayed after closing on the 4th of July to make sure the sale went smoothly. Ive brought the car in a couple of tines since the original date for routine service. They still remember my name and genuinely take an interest in my life even though the sale is complete. More
