Came in for a test drive. Left with a car. Sales and finance associates are wonderful to work with. Daniel Corkill was very knowledgable and patient. A real turnaround! I’ll start honestly and say the beginning of our experience with this dealership was quite rough. After hours of negotiating and coming to an agreemen I’ll start honestly and say the beginning of our experience with this dealership was quite rough. After hours of negotiating and coming to an agreement we were verbally promised a hold on a truck so we could finalize paperwork (it was pretty late at night) just to come back the next day and the truck be sold. After a lot of frustration towards Heartland this is when salesman Rabar Ali came in and turned everything around. We were clearly upset and angry after the incident and the only person that was there to make up for the mistake was Rabar. He was instantly asking us what he could do to make things right, looking at other trucks and coordinating with sibling dealerships to see if they had anything we would be interested in. When we finally narrowed down to a truck we liked, Rabar did everything he could to get us the best deal and went through DAYS of negotiating with management for us until it came down to involving Mike Seney, the General Manager. We wanted the truck for a price we knew was fair and all it took was Rabar’s persistency and a 5 minute conversation with Mike and he happily gave us the truck for the price we asked after all we went through. My 5 star review most definitely does not reflect the whole dealership but instead the small group of employees who made things right after so much went wrong, specifically Rabar Ali and Mike the GM! If it weren’t for Rabar we would have never came back to Heartland and left with a terribly bad taste in our mouths. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and you want to work with a salesman who truly understands the meaning of customer service, come to Heartland Toyota and find Rabar Ali, he will take care of you! Best car buying experience: Redux We just participated in our second amazingly wonderful car buying experience at Heartland Toyota. We again had the benefit of working with Rabar Ali We just participated in our second amazingly wonderful car buying experience at Heartland Toyota. We again had the benefit of working with Rabar Ali as well as Jordan Carson with whom we initially met earlier in the week. We arrived on a very busy day. Despite our having an appointment, both men were engaged with walk-in customers. However, we were not ignored. They arranged for us to have a beverage and they stopped by frequently to let us know that we were still very much in the forefront of their minds. They made every effort to provide for our comfort and to keep us updated on their efforts to meet with us. In fact, Rabar remembered us from our last car purchase. Thqt's pretty amazing when you think about how many people he must meet every month. In the interim, they arranged for Jolene to survey our trade in. She too was a delight to work with. Both our experiences at Heartland Toyota have been characterized by no presssure professionalism and a genuine effort at listening to and meet our needs and wants. In fact, Jordan, drawing upon his experience as a banker, was able to show us a way to enhance our buying power and lower our payments. Rabar, like before was a dynamo of activity and helpfulness. He acted as our advocate and worked assiduously to get us a payment that fit our rather rigid budgetary requirements. When was the last time you met car sales people who thought less about their personal gain than they did about quality service, integrity, and customer satisfaction? Rabar and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. When they are working with you, you are their sole focus. Because of their consumate professionalism, we never felt like were "just a potential sale" or that any of our questions or requests for options and information were a burden to them. We HATED buying cars before going to Heartland Toyota. We always interposed a credit union or buying service as an intermediary because of our dislike for "car salesmen" in the past. Working with Rabar twice and Jordan once has changed that. It is a pleasure to have such assistance and support when making a major purchase. Well done gentlemen! Well done Heartland Toyota! More
