Bought a new car from Chris Strobel in April 2019 Well, first of all - I didn't know if I would qualify, but Chris worked with me over a 2-3 week period, to give me every opportunity to get this done. I found the certified pre-owned Camry on Car Gurus website located at Heartland Toyota. From the moment I walked in the doors until I drove home in my new (2-1/2 year old) Camry, I was treated so wonderfully that it felt like a dream come true. The dealership was busy; customers buying, receiving maintenace, etc. That did not stop them from immediately greeting us and having a customer representative assigned to us. Grace was so friendly, outgoing and importantly so knowledgeable about all Toyotas. She made the time spent there so wonderful that I wanted to purchase another vehile right away, just to enjoy the service and all around upbeat mood at Heartland Toyota. Thank you for this opportunity to let people know that this is the dealership they should go to first.
