We had purchased several cars from Heartland over the years. We moved away from the Kitsap area for about 10 years and recently moved back. I hate dealing with pushy car salesmen and service departments who treat you like you are dumb. I can compare it to going to the dentist, it’s that bad! We decided to go check it out on Saturday and asked if Rabar was still around. Rabar cleaned our first cars purchased from Heartland and then worked himself up into sales. I was so relieved to see Rabar and his smiling face. Anxiety went down for me 100%! It’s so rare these days to see people in the same place of employment and still be so kind and caring about their customers. We truly believe Rabar is Heartland Toyota! He is the reason why people come to buy cars! Even after 15 years! I hope he is cherished and taken care of by the Heartland group and they recognize and reward him for his awesome customer service and business ethic! I know if Rabar ever owned his own dealership he would be fantastic at it! I already have friends asking me about how our transaction went and who we worked with as they also hate dealing with car dealerships and sales people.
