$Most Frustrating Experience$ just trying to get Warranty Work on Defective Radio. Heartland won't return calls, You're put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, don't request to speak with a manager, the Work on Defective Radio. Heartland won't return calls, You're put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, don't request to speak with a manager, there's none around when you would like to elevate your concerns. Should not take 2 months to order a replacement radio part. Amazon.com can over night the part. More

Sarina was great. Super helpful and found exactly what I was looking for when we almost walked out of Heartland from poor service twice before. My experience from when i received the call from Lora, to coming in and being greeted was amazing! I was helped by Rabar immediately! We have never had a better buying experience than our most recent one with Rabar Ali and Jordan Carson at Heartland Toyota. They are the best! We felt Rabar worked for US and not for the company. He was diligent in making sure WE were well taken care of, happy and satisfied with the car and price. He was fair, honest, kind, and patient. He answered all our questions thoroughly. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rabar was the main salesperson we dealt with. Jordan took over with the paperwork when Rabar was off. Jordan is thorough, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond when he drove the missing car mats to our home after work--40 miles from the dealership. What service! We got a great Prius at a decent price! If you’re looking for a car, look for Rabar and/or Jordan to help you out. You’ll be a satisfied customer knowing you were well taken care of. Great people! Great experience! We needed to get a car quickly because our old one hit a deer(My granddaughter still wants to know why Gramma hit the deer!). We had not done any research on what we wanted, and when we went to Heartland we were very indecisive--probably a salesperson's worst type of customer. Wesley Cox greeted us and took a long time helping us. He was patient and took the time to drive us all around Heartland's various lots, and let us test drive and sit and compare to our heart's content; all with a smile and a great attitude. Then Sarah, the finance coordinator, helped us through the loan process with a laugh and a smile and made that part of the purchase pleasant. And there was a great collection of cars to choose from. It was an absolutely no pressure, no hassle experience. We went home happy and would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone! More
