If there is one thing I despise in this world it is people who lie to me. I called Heartland this morning and was connected to Riley. I asked if a used car was available and after “checking” was told people who lie to me. I called Heartland this morning and was connected to Riley. I asked if a used car was available and after “checking” was told it was but she sounded unsure. I was also a little skeptical as my wife had stop by the day before to look at it and was told someone was in the process of purchasing it. It was still on their webpage this morning so it prompted my call to see if it still was available. I called Riley about 30 minutes after my first phone call to verify it was there and what lot it was on. I gave a 10-15 minute ETA and she said it will be out front of the Toyota dealer. We arrived, there was a brand new 2019 in the same model and color parked upfront but not the car I came to look at. After meeting inside I was told it was being brought around. I went to talk with my wife and a sales person said it will be a minute. He asked if I had a few minutes to check out another. I said I did not have a lot of time and asked where was the car I came to look at. I was then told it was on test drive but they another I could look at. I was lied to. They will use any tactic to get you in there. More

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciated that she was not pushy when we first visited. Alexis helped us find almost the exact vehicle we were looking for and kept me up to date on its journey to the dealership. She was even the one who ended up cleaning our vehicle and installing the mats that we had purchased due to no one else being available (although I don’t believe she should’ve have been left to do this herself). Alexis did a great job all around, and we’d highly recommend her to family and friends. More

I contacted Rabar and he found Elyssa and they both recognized me and my son and proceeded to help me find a vehicle that fit my parameters, not theirs. They couldn't work the numbers on what I'd hoped but together we found the above vehicle and made the numbers work how I wanted and stuck with us through the whole process. Great Experience with Chris Chris Strobel was a big help to my wife and me. We were not sure which model we wanted, so Chris was very patient in showing us several models and let Chris Strobel was a big help to my wife and me. He also was very good explaining the different features that were available and how they worked. He did a great job and we would not hesitate to return to him in the future when we are looking to purchase or lease another car.
