No pressure tactics, it was all good. We concluded the test drive and negotiation portion of my visit in under an hour. Great, I thought, now I can meet with the financial people, sign the papers and be out of there in, oh, say another 45 minutes to an hour. Haha. Not so. I sat around waiting for them to deign to meet with me for over two hours. No, there weren't any people ahead of me that I could see. It just felt like the usual, unnecessary, crass dealer behavior that I certainly wasn't expecting from a dealer like Heartland. My previous buying experiences were with Toyota of Seattle, and they were both expedited quickly with no delays. That left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Hence the four stars on the dealership and the Customer Service question. I hesitated before assigning that rating since both Richard and the financial person I eventually met with were both first-rate, but the dealership needs to work on that. More

4th car in 13 years! This was my fourth vehicle purchase with Heartland in the past 13 years and it was honestly one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Sarina, was fantastic This was my fourth vehicle purchase with Heartland in the past 13 years and it was honestly one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Sarina, was fantastic. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and made my wife and I both very comfortable throughout the process. Sarina went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle and brought in from out of state in only two days! There was a hiccup with the out of state dealer and she kept us informed while she and her team worked to overcome the issue created by the other dealership. THANKS AGAIN SARINA! you were wonderful!!! He found me the PERFECT vehicle, by listening closely to what I was looking for, and I got everything I needed, wanted and MORE. He was WONDERFUL interacting with my special needs son, who joined us in this car buying adventure! He kept us 100% in the loop on every part of the process. He was SO incredibly friendly. SO excited WITH us when he showed me the perfect vehicle and exuded happiness when he saw my face the first time I saw what he found! He was so professional, but not unwarm, short or rushed. This was my first time buying a “new” Used car, and he made it effortless, completely. I went into this experience with a large amount of anxiety, and that all went away from the very beginning of the process. We walked into the dealership last Friday, only with the expectation of looking at potential vehicles, never expecting Caleb would find me a dream for a car! 10/10, I will send every single person I know, in the market, to Him.
