I contacted a close friend of mine that works on the hill. Kendyl Delacruz. She helped me set up an appointment with Rebar Ali to look at a car I was interested in that I saw online. Rebar was super nice and out going during the whole experience and most importantly honest. He even came in to the dealership when he was already off of work to come help me with this car. Which I really appreciated. I can tell Rebar is passionate about his work. After I took a test drive of the car with Rebar we finalized the price and loan to what was best for me and I was on my way to finance to meet Moshi Asadi. Moshi was so friendly! And even though we were all wearing masks I could tell he was smiling most of the time. Moshi was very honest in finance and laid out all of my options for me on the table when it came to choosing warranty plans and GAP coverage. The process overall once we figured out the deal was very quick. And it topped my last experience buying a car at a different dealership by far. Rabar really made the experience pressure-free, and he seems like a genuinely nice person - not just a salesman. Jordan Carson was very helpful, informative and personable, taking the time to chat with my disabled husband who stayed behind at the dealership while I took a test drive. He answered all my husband's questions about hybrids and other types of cars Toyota - and some other car manufacturers - make. He and Rabar went out of their way to make sure the car was delivered to our house. Shawn helped us out by agreeing to deliver the car and pick up the cashier's check on delivery. My disabled husband needed to get home. This saved me over 2 hours in driving that I would spent going back and forth to Bremerton. All three of them seemed to think nothing of going the extra mile to help make buying the car an easy and pleasant experience. More
