Very deceptive, calculations provided were incorrect. Although they attempted to compensate, at the end, they still took advantage and plugged in unexplainable numbers. I didn't have a good experience when I arrived to see the 2009 Toyota Tundra when I met with the Junior Sales Manager. Kristal who I talked with said no problem it we just got it as a trade in and its being inspected but you cant test drive it yet .I said no problem I just want to see it. with. she was only the internet info person and another will meet with you. Then she came back and said it was out on a drive with some customers. I said how can that be I was told it cannot be test driven what was going on I made arraignments to see it before anyone else. She said you didn't put down $500.00 deposit to hold it. I said I was bringing the check to you I had no credit card to give a number on the phone Kristal agreed it was ok. So I was upset that I had no chance to get this truck on some technicality! Jordan Aarant introduced himself and said he would get this correct. He did, he was a very polite and curious sales person I will give him a 5 star rating for his help to get me the Tundra. As for the junior sales manager she need customer service lessons. Her approach made me feel I Had no chance to get the truck Jordan made it happen. So other than the fist bad impression with the junior sales manager and a truck that was filthy dirty inside and out. More

Sarina Garcia was very informative and proactive when we needed to switch our lease to a purchase. She was friendly and cooperative, and spent a lot of time answering our questions and discussing alternativ needed to switch our lease to a purchase. After sale was made I was told sill proctoectors would be ordered in. After waiting a week I called and got an attitude from the salesman saying he was very busy and told me just to come between 1-5 on Satur ordered in.
