To begin this dealership needs structure and the ability to follow their set mission statement. This place lacks the integrity of doing what’s right and taking care of the customer. I decided to go on a Thursday afternoon to look at a new Toyota Tundra. I ended up test driving a new truck and noticing that it had a left front tire which rubbed the mud flap and fender well. The sales associate Chris Strobel told me it was normal and always happens on these type of trucks. At the end of our test drive he got out and turned the wheel and noticed the left tire only rubbed the mud flap and was more excessive then he lead to believe was ok. I asked him to please have the vehicle looked at. He assured me that it would get fixed and on my return visit it would be fixed and ready for another test drive. Saturday I decided to visit back and see if we could test the truck again and make a deal on the truck. I was first placed with Jordan very friendly and very knowledgeable sales associate. We did solo test drive the new truck which was never fixed and still had a rubbing issue on the left front tire also this time there was an aggressive pull to the left. We went back to the dealer and Jordan was busy with another set of guest. So Alexis the sales manager had us do a ride along with Sarina to show what we were talking about with the new truck. Now Sirena title is very hard for me to describe because she stated she does everything at the dealership from lot attendant, sales manager, finance manger, sales associate, and etc. I am not sure who she was but she ended driving it with me in the passenger seat noting everything I stated was in fact wrong. After we got back we talked and she assured me it be fixed now. She ended up doing negotiating the sale of the truck. We would not take delivery of the truck until it was fixed and as noted by the contract new truck. We left with the understanding that it was going to be fixed and have all issues addressed. She ended by calling me Sunday wanting me to agree to cutting or taking a heat gun to a new truck to fix a rubbing issue. I was not agreeing to such a fix. I ended up talking to Thomas a sales manager who agreed to get with the service manger to find a solution. Monday I spoke with the finance member Mosi who helped out. He has been the most knowledgeable and informing member at the dealership who is working with service manager to come up with a solution. So waiting to hear from service manger who was suppose to be in to work on Tuesday. As of this writing Tuesday early afternoon we still have no conclusion of the vehicle present condition of being fixed. I am awaiting service manger call and what the outcome of this vehicle present problem. I also have schedule an appointment with the general manager Mr. Seney on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 pm. The service and cooperation was excellent. My wife was gravely ill and they worked around all my issues including offering to drive me to the dealership if needed (90 miles round trip). At the dealership they added an all weather cargo matt at no cost since there was some confusion. On top of there excellent support, they had the best RAV 4 price in the region after negotiating with multiple dealerships and seeing their offers.
