I was contacted by Kendyl quickly after registering with the Costco program. She was helpful and helped me set up my visit. There was ample opportunity to go to other dealers but I was disappointed that other dealers were willing to raise the price of vehicles over MSRP because they were desirable. Heartland did not do this and stuck to prices set by Toyota. Rabar was really excellent in his communication with me and with his customer service in general. He was always true to his word and seemed to genuinely want to help me. He never left me feeling pressured which I appreciated. I’m psyched about the vehicle that we ended up getting.
