The flashing red brake light they install is literally illegal in washington state. Apparently they have been doing this for at least a few years. So every car with the stupid flashing brake lights can now be pulled over and ticketed. More
We have used Heartland Toyota for our service needs since 2012 when we purchased our first Toyota. The problem was fixed the next day along with a few additional service items and, as always, the jobs were handled quickly and professionally. Patrick is great at keeping us informed of progress and if other problems arise. We continue to rely on the experience and expertise of Patrick and the service technicians because we know service work will be done right. Patrick is truly an excellent representative for Heartland and Toyota. More
Excellent experience. STEVEN got the Honda, Hyundai and Toyota we were interested in. He parked them side by side and explained all features of each. Heartland and Austin did a fine job & found some items of which I was unaware that made a huge difference. On the way home a vehicle pulled out right in front of me. I had to almost stand on the brake pedal which I was unaware that made a huge difference. On the way home a vehicle pulled out right in front of me. I had to almost stand on the brake pedal to avoid being hit. Had the brakes not been fixed I might have been seriously injured. So thank you!!! I also enjoyed the spring water & popcorn while I was waiting. More

My spouse made an appointment to have a recall repair for our 2011 Venza. She carefully explained what needed to be done. When she arrived for her appointment they went to work. After an hour and a half or s our 2011 Venza. She carefully explained what needed to be done. When she arrived for her appointment they went to work. After an hour and a half or so, she was told that the service department couldn't complete the repair because they didn't have one of two required parts (!) and sent her on her way home (about 40 minutes each way). She complained that she had explained what recall service she needed days earlier when making the appointment, and ask why no one checked to see the parts were on hand or needed to be ordered. She was told, "you expect the person answering the phone to do that?" (?!?!) About three years ago I had a similar experience. The Venza needed a new rummer gasket that seals the lift gate. I called Heartland, explaining exactly what I needed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they didn't have the part because it is a relatively rare repair. This is even after I had told them what part I needed replaced days earlier when making my appointment. They sent me to the Part guy to ask him to order the seal. Get this: he told me I had to pay in advance! For a friggin' part that costs under $200! Never again, Heartland. I'll take the ferry over to Edmonds and get the work done there. More
