The dealership is alright. I routinely go there for oil changes and for periodic maintenance on my Rav4. Upon my arrival at the dealership at my appointment time, I was met in the arrival bay by my Service Advisor, Mr Wyatt Oakley. Very friendly and personable, Mr Oakley quickly got my vehicle checked in, the odometer recorded, and then escorted me in to his workstation. We got to work-order completed and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Wyatt kept me informed of the mechanic’s findings and recommendations, and the work was completed in quick order. I am extremely pleased with the service experience today, and Mr Wyatt Oakeley is to be highly commended for his excellent customer service. More
