We had our 2021 Toyota Camry hybrid at Heartland for a required service and worked with Daniel for the first time. Dan was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We felt comfortable with what was proposed and the Camry will be in tomorrow to correct the issue with the valve cover. Daniel and the rest of the Heartland Toyota service advisors and the mechanlcs are top notch. Toyota is our go to maintenance crew and we always feel like we receive excellent and personal service. First, I was traveling and my battery unexpectedly died. I went to the Toyota dealership in the area. Bre was outstanding. She was polite, kind, knowledgeable and friendly . She understood my car has less than average miles given age of vehicle and suggested a product to consider purchasing that may maintained the expected battery longevity. They returned the car to me and I was surprised my car was cleaned inside and out. My local dealership does not provide this service, which has always been disappointing… I will be following up with my local dealership as they never bothered to check my battery health despite my diligence in taking the car in for services every 6 months. Nor, did they mention I could look into a product to maintain the longevity of my car battery. My local dealership will not even provide transportation so it’s not an option to have my car serviced unless I stay there waiting on a Saturday… If you are in the local Bremerton area, I recommend Bre and the dealership.
